The Islamic State terrorist group has released a photo and bodycam footage purportedly of the attack, which was claimed by the Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K). Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to “justly and inevitably punish” the perpetrators, as well as the organisers and those who ordered the attack. “We will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists who prepared this atrocity, this strike against Russia, against our people,” he said on Saturday in his address to the nation.
