A routine FedEx courier delivery turned chaotic recently when two thieves raced and engaged in a fistfight over a package left on a resident’s doorstep.

The incident, captured on doorbell camera footage and shared by the homeowner, has gone viral on social media. However, the exact date and location of the incident are unclear.

The video shows a FedEx delivery vehicle pulling up to a residence, the delivery person leaving a package on the porch, and then departing. Suddenly, two individuals, likely following the delivery truck, run together to the house to grab the package.

In their struggle to steal it from each other, they engage in a fight. The video then shows one person running away with the package while the second thief follows him.

Social media users who shared the footage quoted the homeowner as saying, “Not really worried about the phonesâ€æ but what if this guy would have hurt one of my family membersâ€æ. Is this really what the world has come to?”.

He added, “Also how did they find out these phones were being delivered? Something fishy is going on here”.
