US President-elect Donald Trump arrived in Washington with his family, supporters and political allies ahead of his inauguration as the 47th President on Monday. On Saturday evening, he landed at the Dulles International Airport in Virginia, and was accompanied by his wife, Melania, daughter Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner. Trump will host a reception for about 500 guests and a fireworks display later on Saturday evening, news agency Reuters said. Notably, Trump’s swearing-in ceremony will be held inside the US Capitol instead of outdoors due to the forecast for “dangerous” cold conditions in the capital.
