Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump worked behind the counter at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania on Sunday.
He handled the fry station and spoke to reporters through the drive-thru window. Trump, known for his love of fast food, donned an apron and learnt how to prepare fries under the guidance of an employee, expressing surprise that no direct hand contact was required.
The visit came as Trump sought to challenge his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, who has shared stories of working at McDonald’s during college. Trump has questioned the accuracy of Harris’ claims but has not provided evidence to support his statements.
