India Today’s Gaurav Sawant had an exclusive interview with Lenny, a renowned cameraperson in Israel’s Haifa. He has documented both the 2006 and 2024 Lebanon conflicts. Lenny, known for his on-ground coverage of the 2006 war, is now capturing the escalating Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon during the ongoing 2024 conflict.
When asked how the current military operations of Israel in Lebabon in 2024 differ from those in 2006, Lenny highlighted a major advancement. “The biggest difference now is the Iron Dome system. Our air defense capabilities are far more advanced compared to 2006.”
