Ingredients for Falahari Steamed Nashta
समा के चावल – Sama rice – 3/4 cup (150 grams)
घी – Ghee – 1 tsp
सेंधा नमक – Rock salt – 1/3 tsp
For Stuffing
आलू – Potato(boiled) – 3 no (250 grams)
सेंधा नमक – Rock salt – 1/2 tsp
काली मिर्च – Black pepper – 1/3 tsp, crushed
अदरक – Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated
हरी मिर्च – Green chilli – 1/4 tsp, chopped
हरा धनिया – Coriander – 3-4 tbsp
नींबू का रस – Lemon juice – 1 tsp
For Frying
घी – Ghee – 1 tsp
जीरा – Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
सेंधा नमक – Rock salt – 1 pinch
काली मिर्च – Black pepper – 1 pinch
हरा धनिया – Coriander
नींबू का रस – Lemon juice – 1 tsp
