In the 1st T20I, England won the toss and elected to bowl first. Australia posted 179 runs and became all out by 19.3 overs. Travis Head was the top scorer with a terrific knock of 59 from 23 balls. Later, Australian bowlers troubled England batters and kept on taking wickets. England lost all 10 wickets for 151 runs as Australia sealed a 28-run win in the end.
