Anthony Scaramucci, Donald Trump’s former White House Communications Director, has claimed that former First Lady Melania Trump “hates” her husband, and is secretly supporting Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris with the hope that she will win the November election.
The US polls are set to be held on November 5.
In a recent interview on the MediasTouch podcast, Scaramucci, also known as ‘the Mooch’, said that Melania Trump might be more enthusiastic about a Harris victory than he is.
“Maybe Melania Trump. That could be the only person I think of. Because she hates (Trump). I judge the hatred of Donald Trump by the Melania standard,” Scaramucci told host Ben Meiselas.
Scaramucci’s remarks come amid Melania Trump’s low profile at her husband Donald Trump’s political rallies.
Melania has only been seen at a few fundraising events and at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where Trump faced an assassination attempt.
Scaramucci also noted that his wife shares a similar hatred for Trump.
“My wife hates Trump as much as Melania. I’ve met one person that actually hates Trump more than Melania,” the former Communications Director said, raising his hand to indicate the intensity of the hatred.

Anthony Scaramucci, known as “The Mooch”, is an American financier who served as the White House Communications Director for just 11 days, from July 21 to July 31, 2017.
His brief tenure drew significant attention. According to the Daily Mail, Scaramucci’s appointment led to Press Secretary Sean Spicer resigning the next day, reportedly due to objections over Scaramucci’s hiring.
Just days into the job, Scaramucci got caught in a big PR mess, leading President Trump to fire him on July 31.
The decision was strongly supported by John Kelly, the new Chief of Staff, who questioned Scaramucci’s credibility.
Donald Trump has consistently dismissed Scaramucci’s claims about him and Melania, suggesting that his former aide is bitter and holds a grudge, according to the Daily Mail.

Melania Trump, wife of Donald Trump, has kept a low profile recently, focusing on her son Barron Trump’s college plans and spending much of her time in New York.
She has been less involved in Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign and is set to release her memoir, Melania, on October 1.
The book is described as “a powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has forged her own path, overcome challenges, and defined personal excellence”.
