The Islamic State terrorist group has released a photo and bodycam footage purportedly of the March 23 attack at the Crocus City Hall, a shopping mall and music venue in Moscow. The attack that left 133 people dead has been claimed by the Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K). However, Russian President Putin stressed Ukraine’s hand behind the deadly attack.
In his address to the nation regarding the attack, Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to “justly and inevitably punish” the perpetrators, as well as the organisers and those who ordered the massacre.
The March 23 shooting is said to be the deadliest attack in Russia in 20 years.
