Manisha Koirala has kept her personal life, private, for the longest time.
The actress was back in the news with her stupendous performance in Heeramandi, which also won her many accolades.
One of the questions asked in a recent media interaction was about her having a life partner.
Manisha Koirala’s reaction to it got people speculating about her current love life.
She told Pinkvilla, “Who said I don’t have one? Yes and no, because I have made peace with who I am and the life that I have. If a companion has to walk into my life, I don’t want to compromise and let go of the quality of life that I have. If the companion can add to it and walk alongside, I am more than happy. But I don’t want to change what I have right now.”
The actress further added that she wouldn’t compromise her quality of life for anything. She’s seeking balance in her life.
Manisha shared, “If a companion has to happen, it will happen. It will be in tandem with each other rather than me trying to discover a companion because my life is full. I am leading a great quality of life and I just hope it continues. The sense of choice, freedom, and fulfilment that I get, I wish to continue that.”
Manisha Koirala had married Samrat Dahal, a Nepali businessman, on June 19, 2010. They unfortunately parted ways in 2012.
2012 was a tough year for the Heeramandi actress, as she was also diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She has been tight-lipped about her personal life since then.
