Nostradamus of US polls predicts a Kamala Harris victory against Trump

Renowned American election forecaster Allan Lichtman, known as the “Nostradamus of US presidential polls”, has officially predicted that Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris will win the White House race and become the next US President.

“Kamala Harris will be the next President of the United States,” Lichtman said in a video for the New York Times.

The US presidential polls will be held on November 5, with just two months left for American voters to choose who will take the seat after Joe Biden.

The race is between Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump.

Lichtman, known for his remarkable accuracy in predicting presidential outcomes for over 40 years using his “Keys to the White House” model, was one of the few pundits to correctly forecast Donald Trump’s 2016 win and Joe Biden’s 2020 victory.

Now, he predicts Kamala Harris will be the next President of the United States.

“At least, that’s my prediction for this race,” Lichtman said.

As a history professor at American University for 50 years, Lichtman developed the renowned “13 Keys to the White House” method, which strongly indicates who will win an election.

This method consists of 13 true/false questions, and if six or more keys go against the incumbent party, Lichtman predicts their defeat. If fewer than six go against it, the incumbent will win.

In the video for the New York Times, while explaining the “Keys to the White House”, Lichtman stated that Kamala Harris has 8 keys in her favour, whereas Donald Trump has five negative keys, meaning he will not regain the White House.
