Israel-Hamas War: Iranian drone attack hit ship off Gujarat coast, says Pentagon

The US on Saturday (local time) said that a drone, which hit an Israel-affiliated merchant vessel off the coast of Gujarat, was “fired from Iran”. MV Chem Pluto was carrying around 20 Indian crew members, along with crude oil, and was destined for a port in Karnataka at the time of the incident. There were no casualties when the drone hit the vessel and a brief fire that broke out on board was extinguished.
